Shipping
Each pair is made to order to minimise waste, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before shipping.
Orders are shipped from the UK. Shipping rates are:
- UK: £5
- Europe: £15
- United States: £25
- International £30
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during launch periods.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Refused Shipments
If an international order is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be reduced by:
- the original shipping cost
- return shipping costs
- any customs or handling fees incurred
Returns
We accept returns on unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rosamfg.co with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must then be returned within 14 days of your return request.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For international orders, duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable
Altered Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items that have been altered, including changes to inseam length.
When selecting your inseam length you are responsible for confirming your choice before placing an order. We are happy to assist with guidance prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
