How do I choose the right size?

I’m between sizes, what should I choose?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. It’s always easier for a tailor to take trousers in than to let them out.


When will I receive my trousers?
Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes around 3 weeks, followed by shipping. Delivery times may vary, particularly during launch periods. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.


Why do all trousers come with a 40" inseam?
All trousers are made with a longer 40" inseam so they can be tailored to your exact preferred length. This allows for a more precise and personal fit, rather than a fixed, off-the-rack length.


I’m tall (6’4” / 193cm+), will these fit me?
Yes. Our extended inseam is specifically designed to accommodate taller individuals.


I’m short (5'5" / 168cm-), will these suit me?
Yes. The high-waisted cut is designed to elongate the leg and create a more balanced silhouette. Combined with the adjustable inseam, the trousers can be tailored to your exact length for a clean, proportioned fit.


Do your prices include duties and taxes?
No, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.


What happens if I don’t pay customs fees?
If an international order is refused or not collected due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping costs, and any customs or handling fees incurred.


Is the wool itchy?
No. We carefully select high-quality wool fabrics that are soft and comfortable to wear. They are suitable for all-day use, even for those sensitive to traditional wool.


Can I customise my order?
We offer limited customisation such as inseam length adjustment and a choice of two style waistbands.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As each piece is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on altered items, including any changes to inseam length.


Do you ship worldwide?
We aim to ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

If your country is not currently available at checkout, we apologise. We are a small, independent brand and are actively working on expanding our shipping coverage.
